Bourbon Glazed Salmon
serves 4
Ingredients
4 ea salmon fillets
3 T bourbon
2 T soy sauce
1 T ginger, ground
1 T lime juice
3 ea garlic cloves, minced
1 T chives, chopped
Instructions
Combine all but the chives in a large zip-lock bag and marinate 1-1/2 hours.
Cook the fish and the marinade in a skillet until done.
Plate the salmon, sauce with the marinade, garnish with the chives and serve.
